Procurement till installation commissioning.• To apply and monitor health and occupational safety-related compliances ISO, JCIA and CAP.Technical roles and responsibilities.• Perform installation and commissioning of medical equipment.• Prompt response to BDM (Breakdown Maintenance) work request according to departmental standards for equipment optimum utilization.• Timely complete PM (Preventive Maintenance) as per departmental policies and procedures to optimize equipment performance and utilization.• Technical Inspection of Medical Equipment, spares, and consumables as per departmental procedures. and standards to ensure that it is as per the requirement.• Monitor vendor during warranty and post-warranty period as per the contract agreement.• Perform Pre-purchase Technical Appraisal whenever requested as per departmental policies and procedures that the equipment recommended is technically meet the requirement, cost-effective in maintenance and backup support whenever possible is adequately available.• Provide operator training to end user for optimum utilization and free from error.

Major duties including technical and network support, I performed under this title were:• Watch out network traffic on internet services.• To create user accounts and their profiles after collecting information from the dealers.• Deal customers at cash counter in night shifts.• To provide technical support regarding hardware & software problems when using internet.
