• Manage the entire Warehouse & Logistics Operations in North Region of Pakistan.• Manage all the available resources efficiently and effectively for safe and smooth daily operations with quality in accordance to safe work procedures and time schedule.• Conduct briefing, observation, training, information sharing and dialogs sessions to maintain workplace safe with hazard free and cultivate staff with safe work behavior.• Build and maintain close business relationship with customer as key focal person to communicate, • Interact and meet on all matters of safety, quality, operations, system and facilities to ensure customers’ expectations and requirements are met.• Identify training needs to all staff for continuous upgrading of safety knowledge and operational skills to improve workplace and operations performance.• Regular review of workplace processes for compliance and continuous improvement on safety, health, quality, productivity and security matters in accordance to authority, customer and company’s policies, rules and regulations.• Work with HSE manager to investigate, trouble-shoot, evaluate and analyze the causes & effects of all workplace incidents, establish effective countermeasures implementation and revise safe work procedures, work instructions and update RA for compliance.• Using SAP for complete operations and bookings.• To undertake any other duties directed / delegated by the immediate superior.

• Responsible for all warehouse and logistics operations.• Leading North Region in Warehousing and distributions.• Distribution planning for daily, weekly, monthly and annually executions.• Using SAP for complete Warehousing and Logistics operations.• Responsible for budgeting.• Handling logistics service providers, Transporters, Labor contractor, etc.• Timely clearance of Service provider bills and maintaining tracking of the same.• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization and maintains physical condition of warehouse.• Define SOPs and KPIs with customer and ensuring compliance and performance.• Liaising with client and contractors.• Analyze daily sales requirement.• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and identify improvement areas.• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery items, transport cost and efficiency.• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.• Time and Motion Study.• PDCA Model (Plan,Do,Check & Action) Just in Time (JIT) .

Operates as procurement lead on cross functional teams (R&D, QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, New Product Development) with the responsibility of delivering a strategically aligned supply chain.Lead supplier involvement activities on all key development projects.Drives collaborative design to cost with suppliers and design teams.Participates in commercial evaluations of new and existing suppliers.Executes the request for quotation, supplier selection, and material tracking process to support the pre-production builds for new product development projects.Provides make versus buy analysis for complex assemblies containing multiple technologies/materials.

During Internship Have completed Engineering files which would be used on different sites for installation, which includes:• Network Topology.• Implementation of OSI and TCP model.• Usage of optical fiber.• Using different types of routers.• Progress Reports• Survey Reports• Studied Site Surveys.• Information related to MIBS, Rectification Process, GPON, DSLAM, and MDF.
