Review various documents like method statements, drawings (P&ID, Isometric, GAD, Equipment drawing, etc.) QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan to determine if the information is adequate for successful completion of project and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.Planning for project and preparing schedule for the execution of project and monitoring the same.- Material verification and ensuring the materials are in compliance with Drawing, Bill of materials, purchase orders and Mill test certificates, also in Compliance with Standards & Codes (ASME, ANSI, ASTM, API, and EU).- Verify the color coding system and traceability of the materials in stores and in sites.Checking/coordinating the activities like storage of materials and preservation of materials are as per the standards.Discussing and issuing NCR on Materials and activities which are Non- compliance with standards.Full coordination with the Foreman and SITE SUPERVISOR to discuss all the material and construction issues as well as priority of material/testing inspection works to be done on site as per construction schedule.Ensure all the personnel employed and operating in fabrication, welding, painting activity is duly skilled and qualified, in accordance with the applicable specifications, codes and regulations.Organize and prepare the ITP, WPS, PQR and getting those approved by third party inspection agencies.Perform routine surveillance, inspection, monitoring, auditing & assurance of site activities (Fabrication and Welding, NDT, Coating and Painting) in accordance with the projects and Contractors, Specifications, ITP and Quality Plans.Supervision of Piping & Structural Steel Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical and Painting jobs in line with Project requirements.

- Responsible for site works including installation, ordering of material, inspection of works executed, testing, commissioning and final handing over of projects.- Study technical specifications, drawings and prepare technical & commercial estimations of new projects.- Preparation of Material take-off.- Verify and approve Subcontractors Technical and Financial offers.- Revise projects material submittal and control project cost.- Provide technical clarifications to customers/consultants in order to obtain technical submittal approval.- Edit design as implemented and required by the site.- Preparation of Drawing Status Reports and Material Status Reports.- Responsible for Site Activities (execution, supervision, etc.)- Performing the quality control and the condition monitoring activities on site.- Coordinate with other project activities like Civil, Electrical and False Ceiling- Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers and sub-contractor for queries about Products and materials as per project requirements.- Coordinate with Procurement Division for materials ordering and delivery.- Coordinate and supervise our Sub-contractor’s works. Check and certify sub-contractors’ invoices against actual site measurements.- Prepare Weekly Site Progress Report to Client/Main Contractor/Consultant.- Preparation of as built drawings, testing and balancing data sheets.- Co-ordinate between client, consultant and sub-contractor for all construction.
