I am a co-founder of a local non-profit aimed at women empowerment and STEAM development in the Central Asian region. It is a young and proactive organization currently providing Mentorship programs, Training, Internships, and consulting. My job was mainly focused on project management, fundraising, policy development and operational development of the organization. It was a challenging experience but totally worth it.

I was part of a fantastic team of high professionals working collaboratively as a think-tank. Internally I was a member of the Economic Growth team focusing on good governance and private sector development programs in Kyrgyzstan including Inclusive Economic Development programs and the Business Partnerships Platform (Business Kenesh).During my time in this role, I supported the setup and delivery, communication with stakeholders, operational and financial management, administration, leading and engaging people in a conversation, and moderating small and large meetings of a large o £5.2m DFID funded program. In this role, I championed legislative, and policy reforms by direct engaging Members of Parliament, government, and business. Moreover, I achieved the following results: • Facilitated seven Inclusive economic growth Coalitions/Projects (Agri Insurance, E-commerce, Apprenticeship, Textile, Internal Trade, Apartment Rent, Law on Tourism)• Performed Data Analysis and Research on Economic issues• Designed, and implemented activities with an annual budget variance of 10%• Identification and recruitment of short-term experts• Development of ToRs, making sure expected deliverables are submitted• Served at a Local Safeguarding Focal point.

I was serving as a Project Manager in a local self-funding non-profit (which is so rare in Kyrgyzstan) running one of the best and the most profitable print house. The income from the print house was transferred to the social projects which I was creating. In a small highly supportive team we were able to launch from scratch several projects in media literacy which are still alive I assume:1) first media literacy learning web platform with animated videos and interactive lessons for teens MediaSabak.org (currently in four languages - it happened after me)2)media literacy curriculum for 2400 schools on media literacy and digital education3) media literacy corners and competitions for teens All this involved communicating with a variety of stakeholders, internal and external, working on project finances and administrative support. Throughout my time I gained experience in tech-edu platform development from the idea stage right through the final public release. I was also working on the fundraising and we ended up working with an international partners as Deutsche Welle, IREX Europe, British Embassy, BMZ Germany,EU, UN. We also won the competition on Media Literacy project at UNESCO Global MIL clicks

Inspire emerging leaders from Central Asia to become good governance change-makers in their communities. Serve as an Alumni and help new Fellows from Kyrgyz Republic acclimate to life in London, Great Britain Area. I successfully completed programme in UK and became part of the distinguished network of JST alumni of over 500 Fellows spanning over 20 countries.

I served as CEO of local Green Tech firm focused on consulting and business analysis in agriculture. I worked directly on products development and management, delivery, sales, marketing, HR and talent acquisition. I designed and developed first curricula materials for paid green tech consulting. Contributed to building Nomad Greenhouse and Greenhouse learning Courses development.

I served in Symantec Corporation HQ in Project Management department. The company produces software for security, storage, backup, offers professional services to support its software. I was learning about planning, customer relationship, talent management in a multicultural environment (the team members are from diverse continents).
