Most senior executive within the Foundation. Implements strategy developed by Board of Directors and responsible for managing entire organization and all its employees and volunteers. Play a key role in strategic planning and direction. Support the board to carry out its goverance role. Defines organizational goals working in conjunction with the board. Effective leader who collaborates with stakeholders and facilitates team building. Develop and refine organizational program working with professional advisors and consultants. Supervises implementation of changes to or creation of new programs and services. Manage financial affairs of the organization and exercise good stewardship over assets and resources. Initiate strategic planning process as approved by the board of directors. Ensure an effective system of internal controls are operational.Strong oversight of risk management. Performs risk analysis of organization and projects, undertakings and events as required. Act as a strong advocate of the organization. Develop, support and participate in relationship building, partnerships and alliances with stakeholders and the community.
