• Supporting the planning phase of the Country Programme documents • Supporting the planning and coordination phases of the partners on the collaborative programmes• Monitoring the programmes’ indicators using SAP, PowerBI, Excel, ActivityInfo and RapidPro • Monthly, quarterly, and annually data monitoring for the different reporting processes• Coordinating the UN inter-agency groups; preparing presentations, taking meeting minutes and involving in the preparation processes of the Joint Workplans• Preparing quantitative and qualitative data mapping and reporting templates to be updated quarterly • Updating the office’s evaluations on the prepared reporting sheets• Providing support to the maintenance of the Information Management system by entering data and providing feedback on factsheets and infographics.

• Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of the databases and matrices of the Joint Work Plans.• Ensuring the smooth coordination among the UN agencies • Participating in the UNSDCF meetings, being responsible for meeting minutes and arrangements of the meetings as well as contributing the preparation process of the UNSDCF and CCA• Being responsible for the RCO’s budget, submitting payments, making follow-ups and controlling the budget.• Coordinating the UNDCS Evaluation process, and other milestones for the UNDCS• Organizing the meetings and events, such as the UN Day Reception and UNDCS Stakeholder Meeting.• Participating in inter-agency settings, retreats and prepare meeting notes and ensure follow-up of the decisions taken at the meetings.
