As a Fit-Out Works Chief for PIT Istanbul's Galataport project, I led the delivery of 'The Peninsula Hotel', which was a massive undertaking of 196 rooms with a budget of €300M. My primary role involved managing and supervising all Shell& Core and Fit-Out works for Building 1 and Building 3, which included overseeing the painting, tiling, furniture, sanitary ware, and accessories installations. I worked closely with multiple subcontractors daily to ensure that everything was running smoothly and according to plan.Additionally, I made sure that all finishing works were in compliance with the technical specifications, method of statement, project, and business plan. I also had to plan the consignment of products to be assembled in the field, ensuring that tests were carried out by the manufacturing program on-site while taking necessary actions to prevent disruption of other parties such as MEP and structural.One of my main responsibilities was to monitor the work progress and quickly solve manufacturing problems while reporting any issues to the Construction Manager. I also liaised with subcontractors to ensure an efficient handover of the project and guided all final construction to confirm that implementation of all required specifications and standards of HSH had been met. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I'm proud to have been a part of such a remarkable project.

As an Interior Design Project Manager at I-AM, I led the successful delivery of 'The House Hotel' project in Kuwait for Kerten Hospitality, which consisted of 46 rooms and a budget of $50M. My responsibilities included overseeing the initial design and shop drawings, managing the design process to meet project deadlines, conducting regular meetings with stakeholders, and providing site visits to enhance coordination with local authorities.

As a Fit-Out Works Chief for Mıstaçoğlu Holding, I led the delivery of the shell and core and fit-out works of 'The Sheraton Bishkek Hotel' within Bishkek Park, Kyrgyzstan. I was responsible for task planning, monitoring, and controlling the project lifecycle, quality control of ongoing works, management and organization of project teams, preparation of BOQ and control of interim payments, procurement of local site materials, and ensuring delivery on time by working closely with the supply chain and contractors. Additionally, I managed the execution and control of all fit-out works of retail stores such as ZARA and FLO within the Bishkek Park complex, from design to delivery.
