Presales activities from analysis to the end of the sales process.- Delivering product and technical related responses on RFPs and RFIs.- Build and present customized demos.- Engaging with customer business units and IT teams through discovery sessions to analyze requirements and pain points.- Preparation and presentation of related, value added product demonstration environments.- Aligning with regional Salesforce teams to position the best product with the most affordable prices.- Following renewals, leading customers about the process.- Attending webinars, taking online trainings and following collaboration groups to learn and share up to date Salesforce product knowledge.- Work as a team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge.- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts during the complete sales cycle.- Author and provide presentations to executive-level client audiences.- Work with Account Executives and other Sales counterparts to demonstrate and educate the customer about the capabilities of the SalesforcePlatform.- Do deep discovery of the customer's challenges, systems and architecture.- Create solutions that establish Salesforce as the best solution that addresses the customer's requirements.- Intimate functional and technical knowledge of a vast array of products, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Customerservice, CTI, Live Agent), Marketing Cloud, Chatter (Enterprise Social and Collaboration Network), Appexchange (Salesforce CloudComputing Marketplace), Customer and Partner Communities.- End user Training
