• Responsible for Managing the Recruitment Process for the organization which includes – sourcing profiles for job portals and screening the applications, interviews, and negotiating, processing job offers to the candidates.• Co-ordinated with internal departments as well as with the clients for job requirements. • Handled walk-ins.• Client Interaction: Interacting with the clients regarding the detailed requirement of the openings and keeping track of short listings, Interviews and Joinings. Liaison between the clients and candidates for various issues.• Resume Databank Management as per Client requirement through job portals ( Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and Times Jobs ) , Networking sites, References, Head hunting (Reaching candidates with relevant experience profile by running through the network and taking references.) and Mass Mailing.• Posting job openings on these sites and invite applications from candidates.• Explaining and making the candidate understand the job role / job description.• Co-ordinating for personal interview or written tests or walk-in (line-ups) with the Clients continuous follow-ups are done with the candidate and clients till final selection. • Negotiating with the candidate on compensation package. • Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their date of joining.
