With over 20 years of experience in the coffee and dairy industries, I am a finance business partner who is passionate about driving operational excellence, delivering value-added insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. I am currently working at Danone, a global leader in health food and beverages, where I align with the company's mission of bringing health through food to as many people as possible. I leverage my expertise in manufacturing process improvement, category analysis, and budgeting and forecasting to optimize the operational costs and contribution margin of the UK and Ireland business unit.As the financial controller for cost of goods sold (COGs), I am responsible for the actual reporting, animation, and forecasting of the operational costs of the business, including primary and secondary transport costs. I work closely with the operations, supply chain, and sales teams to provide accurate and timely financial information, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency. I also model various scenarios and sensitivities to support the business planning and review processes. Some of the skills that I use in my role are Excel, SAP and Power BI
