My career planning process started to take shape at the age of 12-13. During my undergraduate education, I shaped my personal and professional development on the way I decided. I continue to develop myself in the field of construction management. I received a master's degree on occupational health and safety. During this period, the process of establishing my own construction company continued. I have a person who is very open to development and learning. I plan every other day to learn something new. I focused on improving myself in construction projects, cost management, budget planning, human relations management, project management and planning, site engineering, and I still continue to learn and improve my knowledge on these issues. I also believe that some abilities are undeveloped, but innate.(for example, leadership and determination, etc.) While it is very difficult to develop such features later, I observe that people who make progress have to constantly push themselves.
