Provide technical leadership to product introduction, improvement, and responsible after-sales support.Lead documentation for the servicing department.Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing sensor/controllers in water treatment systems.Maintaining the performance of sensors by performing on-site calibration for customers.Enhance the instructional delivery by providing training to clients.Technically experienced with different brands and types of analytical instruments, consisting of common water quality parameters such as pH, Conductivity, Resistivity, Free Chlorine, Dissolved Oxygen, and Ion Selective Electrodes (Flouride).

 Assessing and troubleshoot operation of equipment while conducting preventive and predictive maintenance.  Teamwork with other engineer upon improving the machine and maintain manufacture process.  Testing new equipment before commission it to replace the old technology equipment.  Performed daily checklists such as equipment documentation and maintenance check sheet to ensure production line running.  Assist operators in machine and product handling following the company’s SOP.
