• Recruitment: Conduct timely recruitment processes in accordance with the approved manpower budget,overseeing the entire selection procedure.
• Manpower Budget: Maintain and update the manpower budget and position codes within BIMOBsoftware.
• Attendance and Turnover Management: Manage employee absences and turnover rates through dailycounseling sessions and engagement activities.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure employee training and compliance with health and safetystandards.
• Daily HR Operations: Address daily HR issues, manage leave allocations, and ensure adherence tocompliance standards.
