- Manage invest portfolio of USD 800+ million comprising various infrastructure, renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE) loans. - Source and negotiate fund from multilateral / bilateral agencies for on-lending to eligible projects. Launched the advisory business and completed a number of advisory contracts in Bangladesh, Cambodia and Fiji.- As part of top management, develop IDCOL’s strategic plans and various company related policies. Represent IDCOL in local and international platforms.

- Managed infrastructure and RE portfolio of IDCOL. IDCOL financed 1 million solar home systems in 2011 – the largest of its kind in the world.- Initiated IDCOL's Improved Cook Stove (ICS) Program in 2012 and a Green Brick Program in 2014. Both the programs significantly contributed towards pollution control and environmental conservation.- Negotiated IDCOL's 1st infrastructure credit line from the ADB: USD 285 m for investment in infrastructure and RE projects. - Registered three CDM projects under UNFCCC one of which was the largest of its kind in Bangladesh. - As part of the senior management, redesigned organogram and operational modality of IDCOL, followed by a 100% expansion in staffing. - Supported the government is setting up three institutions – Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority under the Ministry of Power, Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Ltd. (BIFFL) under the Ministry of Finance, and Public Private Partnership (PPP) Office under the Prime Minister’s Office.

- Supported IDCOL in its conversion to become a Full-Fledged Financial Institution from a Fund Manager. - Appraisal and due diligence of projects: Appraised and financed the country’s first two private land port projects. Also financed the first private satellite earth station project.- Development of IDCOL Solar Home System (SHS) Program: Successfully completed the 50,000 SHS project 3-year ahead of time – providing sustainable clean electricity solution in the off-grid areas of Bangladesh.

- Jointly managed a USD 225m credit line from the World Bank as a ‘Fund Manager’ of the government. - Conducted appraisal of a 450 MW IPP where IDCOL extended USD 80m term loan. The project was co-financed by ADB and won the ‘Asia Project Finance Deal of the Year’ award.- Jointly managed USD 55m credit line from the World Bank for financing 50,000 SHSs in the off-grid rural areas on Bangladesh.
