With over two decades of experience in RNA biology, innate immunology, and RNA virology, I bring a unique combination of skills in RNA drug discovery, RNA drug process development, and analytical assay development. In my current role, I specialize in RNA therapeutic development, synthesis and process development, and RNA characterization. Work closely with the translational research team for RNA-based drug discovery and assay development.Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary research teams, concentrating on RNA processing and innate immunology. My expertise lies in studying transcriptional and post-transcriptional RNA processes, including splicing, RNA stability regulation, translational regulation, RNA interference, DNA damage and integrated stress response. I am an effective collaborator, have demonstrated track record of impactful findings, and an engaging communicator for varied audiences. I thrive in collaborative environments that bring together diverse perspectives to address complex challenges.
