Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the client’s business goals.Conducting workforce planning, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.Developing/updating HR policies and employee handbooks.Ensuring compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and industry standards.Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including crafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and creating onboarding programs.Designing performance management frameworks and appraisal systems.Designing initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.Conducting surveys and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.

Providing strategic support and updating the organizational structure of the Programme/enterprises. Build strategic partnerships and collaboration with line functions to create ground for acceptance & friendly adoption of HR strategies by business units.Drive the process development in the area of resourcing and policy implementation to ensure compliance in the area of Resourcing. Coordinate programme and HR team to ensure timely HR-related services such as; confirmation, leaves, Transfer, separation etc. Anticipate and understand the need for resources. Assist to refine and drive the selection process including screens, tests, interviews, follow-up, etc. Consult with programme managers providing HR guidance as appropriate. Act as a mirror of HR into line function to establish single point of contact for Line functions on all HR-related issues.

• Organizational Structure review and design,• Job mapping and job evaluation using Hay Method,• HR Business Partner (Embedded HR) of three different programmes of BRAC like Communications, Advocacy, Social Innovation Lab & Urban Development Programme.• Role profile management of entire BRAC.• Performing the role of internal consultant of BRAC.

• Working closely with various departments/ Programs of field offices of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures• Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance• Deal with employee requests human resources issues, rules and regulations• Coordinate and organise field based recruitment and selection process • To strengthen rapport with the field staff and build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis
