Responsible for the full function of fit-out works. Providing full support and assistance to the project manager in monitoring,managing and coordination. Ensuring timeline tracking and report submission. Preparation of BOQ, work permits, IR, DAR, MAR. Coordinating with Site Engineer,design department, sub-contractors. Overseeing the procurement management and tracking of material flow to site. Providing total administrative support and solving matters arising with site team, building management and client.
