Current1. Provide new mold design focusing on medical device and life science for new tooling development in documented form of 3D and 2D drawing.2. Develop Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for new tooling to improve design efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.3. Aliased with suppliers and toolmaker to fabricate both prototype and multi cavities production tooling with excellent qualities.5. Successfully provide molding simulation using Moldex’s MoldFlow simulation to predict product defects resulting in improved injection process especially cycle time, air trap and weld line by 25%.6. Pioneer in Metal Additive Manufacturing (metal 3D print) specialized in conformal cooling for mold design.7. Developed prototypes for new product designs, ensuring creations worked properly, efficiently and correctly.8. Designed and implemented measurement jig and robot pick-up, reducing external cost by 20 to 30% and achieving substantial cost savings in jig and fixtures budget.9. Comply with the validation requirements in Medical Device’s Manufacturing especially ISO13485 and ISO9001.10. Internal Auditor for both Quality Management System ISO13485 and Environmental Management Systems ISO14001.
