1.Liaise with customer for quality issue on final product2.Responsible for customer complaint, work with CAPA owner and prepare CAPA report3.Prepare and monitor weekly customer report4.Review visual and thickness report5.Prepare safe launch report for qualified package

Responsible for ensuring that product produce comply with established quality standard.Next, investigate and comply test report for supplier complaint regarding on quality issue. Furthermore, testing on new samples that request by customer. Calibrate laboratory equipment such as COF machine, Wvtr and GC. Monitor & take charge of Wvtr and GC checkingConduct product recall & traceability twice per year and personal hygiene once a month. Liaise with laboratory supplier for purchasing item, calibration & maintenance for laboratory machineLiase with external laboratory for testing such as swab test, migration test, heavy metal test and etc.
