Consultant for AMK Technology Sdn Bhd• Act as BA and able to complete 1 cycle of software development project from kick-off until delivery, currently on 2nd project.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Facilitate communication between internal clients, developers, and testers to ensure smooth project delivery.• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical implementation aligns with business needs.• Use agile methodologies completely such as Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Retro to manage project workflows effectively.• Create and maintain documentation (using AzureDevOps) including user stories, sprint backlogs, and other project artifacts.• Conduct regular meetings and reviews to track progress and address issues.• Provide support during testing and implementation phases, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements.• Create the following documentation: Requirements documents, Feasibility studies,• Design specifications, Flowcharts and diagrams, Training documents, Testing documents, and Disaster recovery plans (DRPs).• Analyse systems requirements, and examine existing IT systems and business models.• Implement, configure and test feasible solutions.• Specify and shape the system requirements and operations, the user interface and output and present the proposal to the stakeholders.• Work closely with the client team, including commercial managers and software developers, during both the report and implementation phase.

• Responsible to code in PHP for I-MAS-CU (Intelligent Management Admission System Checking to University) that being used by MOHE (Ministry of Higher Education) for all University, an upgrade for Sistem Semakan Syarat Selangkah ke UiTM (Selangkah)• Responsible to code in PHP for Sistem Semakan Syarat Selangkah InED, an extension for Sistem Selangkah focusing on Pengajian Luar Kampus and Pengajian Jarak Jauh.• Forwarding the finding in any possibility for an error after executing testing methodologies for both systems. Identify and come with suggestion on how to overcome or solve the bugs and errors.
