As the Finance Manager for the Good Food Trio Co group, which includes La Risata Ampang & Damansara, The Daily Grind Ampang & Bangsar, and Bijan KL, I have been instrumental in driving financial success and brand growth. I played a pivotal role in launching new outlets in Ampang (January 2017) and KL (July 2019), demonstrating expertise in budget management and process optimization. Through meticulous inventory management and detailed recipe documentation, I have successfully reduced food and beverage sales costs across six outlets.I oversee the development and execution of monthly and year-end financial reporting for six companies, encompassing external, statutory, and management reporting to all stakeholders. My responsibilities include preparing weekly consolidated cash flow forecasts to deliver insightful financial and performance metrics for the business. I also establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures and controls, analyze revenue and expenditure trends to recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure effective expenditure control.
