🙂 I'm an absolute 𝕔𝕦𝕝𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖 ℕ𝔼ℝ𝔻, and consider myself a lifelong student of leadership.🙃 Curious in nature, I'm a creative problem solver and connector of people.🧰 Drawing on experience across operations, guest experience, event and campaign marketing, digital projects, learning and development and enhancing the people experience, it's in making complex problems simple that I'm most alive. 📈 I'm a glass-half-full kinda guy and a relentless optimist. My superpower is identifying opportunities amid challenges and bringing others together to realise that potential.🚀 Having been part of Funlab's transformation since 2007 (one brand with 6 venues at the time), it's humbling that we're now the leaders in competitive socialising concepts across Australasia, operating 8 immersive entertainment brands across Australia, New Zealand and the US.🫶 We believe that 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕝𝕕 𝕚𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕨𝕙𝕖𝕟 𝕨𝕖 𝕗𝕦𝕟 𝕥𝕠𝕘𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣. As Head of Engagement for Funlab, I'm responsible for scaling the secret sauce, herbs and spices that make our culture something truly special. 💛 But that's all the work stuff, isn't it...and we're all much more than the sum of our work hours.
