 Specialize in multiple process/system/product group as assigned by manager, relied on as expert source on relevant issues. Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps of learners and recommend corrective action as necessary. Responsible for assigning tasks to the team, need to identify which ones are need to prioritize. Setting up Web Application and Application Setup to our system. Responsible for printing and uploading pdf file of the contract, cancellation, renewal, Monthly Self-Reported file, billing, loss run request, experience modification report, withdrawal from pre-cancellation then email to the agents. Updating and changing information of the policy by submitting endorsement from agent’s request or changes from auditor. Able to suggest and give some ideas to the management to improve the process of the work which resulted of tasks automation. Directly communicate to onshore’s Underwriter for more effective and immediate response to eliminate delay and to avoid pending of workloads. Able to work on setting up new auto policy, cancelled, renewal and providing loss run for almost half of my stay in the company.

• The Fraud Specialist will receive incoming emails and correspond with current customers who may have fraudulent activity on their account or activity.• Research on accounts with disputes in order for it to be resolved.• The role would also cover prevention and recovery of losses.
