o Audits in all departments of HO, Almaty, 2 audits in a year.o For all forthcoming projects, ‘Projects Deliverables’ submission within 90 Days after contract award.o Generate Audit Reports, Observations & NCR; issue to relevant departments & monitor / assist to close out the NCR & issues.o Review ‘QA/QC Deliverables’ for All Tenders.o Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Development for future use.o Prepare and submit Procedures / Plans / Inspection Test Plans / Method Statements / Work Instructions / Standard Forms etc.o Monitor and report about Mobilization & Demobilization of QA/QC Personnel from/to various projects, as required.o Involve and work for ‘Regulatory Affairs / Project Trouble shootings & Review the outcomes for future improvements.o Review the Project Document / Acts / Logs from various projects.o Welding Consumables Estimation & Control for new projects and Involvement to any other quality related activity.

Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of products and reducing rejection level through up gradation of ISO systems for International Projects.Recommend modifications & rectifications in products for quality standards where warranted.Maintaining reports and intimating concerned departments in regular time intervals.Executing documents related to QC, QA, Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
