Retrained existing staff and inducted new employees into the US helpdesk team as it became one of two international hubs (during a move to a global shared service centre model).

Worked in the production team as an internal consultant on the design and implementation of new products and systems. Responsible for signing off platform changes on behalf of the business before being applied to client facing environments.
