Current- Facilitated hiring, mentoring, training, and onboarding for employees and interns to ease transitions into the workplace.- Provided a collaborative and diverse work environment to meet company standards and created a safe space by enforcing Title XI training for all employees. - Met with clients to establish goals, resolve schedule and timeline conflicts, clarify questions, and provide insight regarding the STEM-related programs that we provided.- Utilized mediation and communication tools when faced with competing interests between stakeholders and business partners, and resolved problems with innovative ideas to produce a quality product.- Innovated, redesigned, and enhanced our Summer Internship program and maintained a strong partnership with nearby High Schools and North Orange County Regional Occupational Programs (ROP). - Led and facilitated the making of curriculum for various partnership programs on various scales, including STEM-related fields in robotics, computer programming, electronic circuitry, 3D modeling, and application development.- Served as a point-of-contact for local nonprofits, small businesses, and educational institutions, and maintained collaborative relationships to provide accessible programs and opportunities for underrepresented communities at nearby elementary schools through STEM-related activities.
