My goal as a wellness professional is to create an inclusive and accessible environment for clients of all bodies and abilities. Whether they are beginners who want to improve their health or elite athletes who seek performance enhancement, I help them achieve their goals with evidence-based exercise prescription and coaching. I also mentor, educate, and support fitness businesses and personal trainers to develop the personal skills that are essential for building long-term client relationships.My passion for fitness and human movement stems from my academic background in Applied Kinesiology with an Exercise Science emphasis, which I completed at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I also have a dual degree in Sports Management and Mass Communications from Bemidji State University, where I received an athletic scholarship for track and field. Additionally, I have multiple certifications, publications, and honors in the field of fitness, wellness, and meditation. One of my distinctive skills is writing, which I have used to produce engaging and informative content for various media platforms.
