Revalorization of the goatskin (unfinished goat leather) for the Local economic development (LED). Development of strategic proposals for the applications of goatskin material, generating crafts and industrial products. ✔✔KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:♦ I researched and tested multiple transformation processes for the goatskin material:- Tested application of industrial processes: folding and punching. - Generated ad-hoc processes of transformation (industrial and craft processes). - Tested joining techniques with other materials and products such as fabrics, overlays, metal and plastic fittings, structures, etc., applying different kinds of techniques such as sewing, knitting and gluing.♦ I applied the research results to develop several prototypes. That allowed the team to reflect about the established processes for goatskin transformation:- Designed a set of personal objects, such as wallets, cardholders and others, using industrial and semi industrial sewing. - I also generated different cutting patterns for better use of small cuts of goatskin.>> I was involved in the project from June/2013 to December/2013 (6 months) and from Apr/2011 to Jan/2012 (9 months).Short article "Laboratorio de producción artesanal ..."
