Responsibilities:• Day to day management of our engineering and project department, consisting of 4 engineers and 3 project managers. • Strong focus on analysis and development of the company, as well as an active part of the management team and close sparring partner to the owners of the company.Results:• Preparation and execution of the growth strategy for TRECO, in close cooperation with the management group, which resulted in an increase in turnover of 50% over the first 2 years while sustaining our profit margin.• Introduction of Balanced Scorecard as an effective management tool, which resulted in a much more focused and effective leadership team, based on visual and accurate decision making.• Implementation and optimization of Navision 2009, with associated analysis and development of business processes and procedures, paving the way for balanced growth due to effective and robust processes, based on valid data.• Development and implementation of "Costing tool", based on Business Intelligence, where we ended up with a sound decision-making tool based on facts instead of "gut feelings".• Thorough analysis of new business opportunities within the business area "Postal", which has resulted in concrete actions for our future postal sorting machine.
