Primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and protection of the students, staff and visitors while in attendance at the Jenkintown School District. Execute basic security functions to included but not limited to perimeter and interior patrols, monitor CCTV, control access and process visitors to the school utilizing the Raptor System.

Licensed Private Detective in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Investigations include background checks, activity checks, employment reports, criminal investigations, civil investigation, witness statements, service of court orders, sexual misconduct allegations, etc. Investigation and review of motor vehicle accidents, insurance claims, workers compensation and social security claims to determine fraudulent activity. Approved by the 1st Judicial District as a court appointed investigator and the Philadelphia Prison System to enter any of the correctional facilities to interview inmates.

As the departmental manager I was responsible for a security force consisting of 36 uniformed officers, 3 supervisors, 1 investigator and a parking department of 9 employees for a facility that encompasses 2 million square feet and 3500 parking spaces divided between 5 multi-story garages and 9 surface lots.I was the system administrator for the LENEL card access system, the TOYE parking system, the TIGR television system and numerous other systems that included the facility CCTV system, Vendor Clear and Safe Place infant monitoring system. Preparation and review of bi-weekly payroll and review of department personnel scheduling to ensure adequate hospital and parking facility coverage on a 24/7 basis to ensure the safety of all individuals on the property. Budget experience included capital budget planning, annual budget preparation and daily operating expenses. Extensive customer service interaction with patients, family members and visitors coupled with the management of the contracted valet service required the practical application of analytical, creative and critical problem solving skills without losing sight of the fact that the individuals involved composed a diverse population and may be under extreme emotional distress.

From February, 1984 to March, 1984, I was assigned to the Court Security section. March, 1984, I was assigned to the Special Services section. Part of my duties included the issuing of PA. Firearms Permits and PA. License to Sell Firearms, along with background investigations and correspondence with other law enforcement agencies. In June, 1986, I was reassigned to the Court Security section. I was also responsible for all first-aid matters within the courthouse. January, 1985, I was appointed to a permanent position as an Investigator on the department's Hazardous Device Unit.
