Neil is a litigation lawyer in Auckland with particular expertise in insurance, transport, and regulatory prosecutions. Neil is very experienced in acting for defendants in regulatory prosecutions, in particular WorkSafe prosecutions under the Health & Safety at Work Act, and council prosecutions under the Resource Management Act.
