Lead the development and execution of capital projects within an integrated pulp and paper mill.

Provide leadership for operations, maintenance, and contracted personnel in efforts to improve equipment reliability and operational process stability in the wood-yard, recaustizing, digesting, pulping, bleaching, and chemical processes of an integrated pulp and paper mill. Responsibilities include oversight of routine, extraordinary, and capital work processes to ensure effective use of resources to improve low cost producer position within industry. Lead maintenance and capital project managers in the prioritization of work, development of work scopes, contractor bid events, project approval processes, quality of work processes, scheduling of work, and safe execution. Directly and successfully manage routine and major outages for Pulp Mill area. Influence and improve culture of operator basic maintenance program and reliability centered maintenance.

Leadership of maintenance and reliability program. Improve reliability and reduce maintenance cost by utilizing electrical and mechanical maintenance best practices in areas of work processes, maintenance planning, routing and annual outage execution, reliability centered maintenance, and reliability metrics.
