Manage multiple high-end residential Estate Home projects located in Salt Lake and Utah valleys, and Park City from permitting through completion. Coordinate with trade partners to establish scope and collect bids, issue contracts, purchase orders, and material deliveries. Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure architectural plans and design elements are captured during each stage of the building process Compile and present change orders to clients and manage the communication and completion of those changes. Develop project schedules, organize, track, and maintain documentation including subcontracts, billing, and project progress. Track permitting in accordance with various city and county authorities. Provide support to site management to ensure building quality and timeliness of project. Lead weekly meetings with clients, design teams, and trade partners to discuss project schedules, coordinate change orders, and asses quality control of projects

Supervise a shift of twelve officers. Directly assist the Traffic Sergeant and police as needed with traffic accidents or other situations. Prepare and maintain all training instruction and documentation for entire traffic division. Interviewing of potential candidates and training of new hires. Assist the general public through event security, providing direction and assistance, traffic direction, crowd control and resolving confrontations. Improve and maintain department software and hardware, which has led to major revisions of internal programs.

Tutor students outside of class hours to provide additional assistance in coursework and an increased understanding.Teach concepts related to Structures & Strength of Materials in both one-on-one and small group settings.Assist professor in conducting research.

Clean and prepare a 192,000 sq. ft. building for daily use, meetings, and special events prior to morning opening.General cleaning of auditoriums, restrooms, entrances, windows, and labs.Detailed, heavy duty cleaning of carpets, bathrooms, and chemistry labs.Enforce building hours and security through patrolling.

Customer service, sales, and promotion of new products.Scheduling and ordering supplies to ensure consistent stock.Supervision and management of employees including schedules and disputes.Accounting of daily revenue.
