Initiate and Execute, the monthly Rewards and Recognition activities in the region (Branch level).• On-boarding new hires by inducting them on policies and procedures. Maintaining and presenting monthly dashboards to HR Leadership for trends and patterns.• Observing welfare measures, employee grievances, event management for enhancing motivation levels and productivity • Manage and liaison with external stakeholders for Mediclaim Coverage for all employees.
