He designed and manufactured several fixtures needed for manufacturing our medical device. One example was to solve a sealing issue for a leak test fixture. Previous design used an o-ring seal and toggle clamp. He identified the leak point and redesigned the fixture with a gasket and new clamping method which solved the leaking issue.
