As the System Administrator and Director of IT Development, I'm responsible for creating and maintaining SSRS reports and SQL server views so that managers and executives can use data from the above mentioned data migration process. I'm also an integral part of the development team that is creating a document/data intake system and GRC (governance - risk - control) platform that will make UAI an industry leader not only in time-to-funding but also in regulatory compliance.Some key accomplishments:✔ Developed ETL process that enabled the acquisitions department to move car loan account data from loan management application to “verification and funding” application; until this point, users needed to manually input data into both systems✔ Developed several basic internal web apps (ASP/ASPX) for various departments; “Payment Search” for administration department; “Starter Interrupt Device Codes” for collections department; “Performance Bonus Reporting” for funding department.✔ Led project to replace in-house “verification and funding” application with Microsoft CRM 4.0, customized by local development company.✔ Migrated sales department contact management data from GoldMine to Microsoft CRM 3.0; trained sales reps to use CRM 3.0; modified and extended CRM 3.0 as business needs warranted.

As a Network Consultant, I served as the "IT department” for small business clients in the North Atlanta Metro Area. I also created SSRS projects, DTS projects, and SSAS projects for clients.

As a System Administrator, I developed in-house “verification and funding” applications with SQL Server and MS Access and replaced older in-house application that had become unstable due to growing number of users. I also gathered requirements, developed applications, tested applications, and trained users.Some key accomplishments:✔ Created custom reports from Loan Management Application, giving management the ability to work with data in Excel, greatly simplifying reporting for collections, sales, and administration.✔ Created and maintained sales and commissions reports.✔ Administered computer network and phone system.✔ Managed vendor relations and transfer of business services when office relocated in August 2001.
