Met als uitkomst draagvlak creëren door verschillende partijen te verbinden aan de gemeenschappelijke doelen.

Leidse Kracht is a groundbreaking collaboration between the municipality of Leiden and Randstad. The goal of the collaboration, and my role, is to find sustainable work for unemployed people who are in need of a social benefit payment from the municipality of Leiden.Leidse Kracht mediates motivated job seekers from diverse backgrounds and work experiences. Partly because of the diversity of the candidates, the scope is very broad.The municipality of Leiden and Randstad both have the same ambitious goal; we wish to learn from each other. The municipality of Leiden wants to learn the business and commercial approach from Randstad and wants to use Randstads network. Randstad wants to learn to better deal with unemployed people who are in need of a social benefit payment, to motivate them and create opportunities to go to work. Together the municipality of Leiden and Randstad want to invest in a group of people that we desperately need in the near future
