Ms. Bell is an experienced PMO leader and AI strategist, currently running PMO for a $179 million BPA contract with 20+ active task orders for a large-scale Enterprise IT initiative under Homeland Security. Her expertise extends to leveraging AI capabilities to enhance PMO processes, driving efficiency and innovation. Previously, Ms. Bell supported the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Business Analyst for the Enterprise Health Management Platform. With a strong IT background, she has worked as a Linux and Microsoft System Administrator supporting the Department of Defense and gained extensive experience in system integration and server management. Ms. Bell earned her Bachelor of (Computer) Science degree in just three years, post high school, while raising a young child—demonstrating her drive and commitment to excellence.
