My many interests always coalesce around the same theme: people. As a child, I developed a never-ending passion for writing. My stories would center around the hardships that people faced, and that dedicated to creativity landed me as a first-place winner in a national writing contest. From there I developed a fascination with psychology, and how it could be used to better understand one another and improve a personal and business situation. That pull helped me craft my research skills and writing skills in college where I received a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human development. Finally, I found myself attracted to the customer relationship management arena through Salesforce. Salesforce brings together a unique blend of creativity through building automations and applications, research and data management, and psychology as I grow to better help organizations and their employees understand and utilize these amazing tools!
