Utilising a deep knowledge of Agile practices I specialise in transforming businesses in order to achieve high levels of innovation, engagement and output. I am experienced in methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban understanding the design and application of these methodologies which have been born out of knowledge areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Complex Adaptive Systems, Systems Thinking, etc,. Through the use of coaching, structure and staff engagement I create environments that contain the conditions for continuous change. I act as a thought leader both within the organisation and without having presented at events like Agile Australia and the Sydney Agile Tour.
