For more than 5 years, I led IT Director functions on an international scale for Y&R. Here, I excelled with maximizing global partnerships among major worldwide IT project participants throughout Australia and New Zealand, working collaboratively with Europe, USA, South America, and the APAC region. In this capacity, I streamlined operational excellence and implemented the first IT share service delivery framework in the Y&R group, globally.
