The Online Reporting Project (ORP) was a core Ruby on Rails and Java project, providing comprehensive ROI information externally to advertisers and internally to Business Intelligence units.Initially a Senior Developer, I eventually assumed Performance and Development Lead roles with the ongoing project. Responsible for its maintenance and continual development of additional features as required by the business, I represented ORP within Sensis, both at an architectural level and to all major internal stakeholders. I led and managed the development of all software by the team, including responsibility for resourcing and all software releases.At the time of my leaving Sensis I was also running the internal "TNT" Innovation Day programme, with cross-functional teams drawn from across the enterprise.

LoL Software produced mostly playful sound and talking book applications for iOS and Android devices.As a side project to my full time work, I was responsible for the technical design and implementation of these apps, producing half a dozen individual applications and a talking book framework then used for more than a dozen subsequent apps.Outside of the initial period of work I continued to support these apps (and their income stream) for years to come.
