- Prepares, conducts & accomplishes training plan to qualify and evaluate to perform certain job functions.- Ensure equipment that needs calibration, equipment condition and functions are well-maintained.- Perform fabrication improvement thru machines such as shearing, bending, TIG Welding, bench machines and etc.- Perform Preventive, Predictive & Proactive Maintenance on Injection molding machines including auxiliaries such as HRC, MTC, Jet Loader, Chillers, Material Supply System & etc.- Comply proper documentation of activities, collect data and analyze to help improve the availability of spare parts.- Create presentation that helps co-worker to improve their skills and knowledge - to be more reliable when conducting routine activities.- Generate and modify work instruction in accordance to procedure & implementation improvement in compliance to Quality Management System. - Generate repair plan for certain machines to prevent unexpected machine breakdown.

- Performs Preventive, Predictive, Proactive and Corrective Maintenance on injection molding machines- Ensure good operating condition of auxiliary equipment such as Hot Runner Controller, Mold Temperature Controller, Water Chiller, Jet Loader, Granulators, Pick-up robot and Material supply system.- Support production to achieve daily output.- Accomplish training requirements for qualification in certain job functions.
