➜ Deal quarterback on platform investments and add-on acquisitions for Fund II, managing activities such as developing investment thesis, business and industry diligence, lender discussions, modeling, analysis, and negotiations. ➜ Conceptualized and created Virgo Operating Initiatives and Consolidation Efforts (VOICE), a growing set of repeatable best practices from which due diligence, operating activities, and marketing is delivered.

Launched startup of world’s largest regional car-sharing firm in support of sustainable and affordable mobility options. Developed strategies for growth to 30,000+ members and 8-digit revenues. Established first-of-its-kind partnerships with the City of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, SEPTA, and others. Efforts facilitated market entry by VC-backed competitors ZipCar and FlexCar.Acquired by Enterprise Holdings to serve as Enterprise CarShare's platform for global expansion.

Worked directly with head of group to launch venture capital business; Sourced, structured, and executed venture capital investments in six companies, including MEDecision (IPO; acquired by Health Care Service Corp.) and XOSoft (acquired by CA).
