It started with NOT hating Excel: I used conditional formatting and simple formulas within our work's spreadsheets to better organize and understand the data we complied daily. From this project, I have delved into the discipline of data management, analysis, and visualization. I am active and enthusiastic in my journey of discovery within the world of data and business analytics. I have over a decade of experience working in close contact with clients in both the public and private sector. I have made a discipline of listening deeply to what customers want and what businesses need.Supporting businesses and better serving the needs of the client is what data analysis means to me. I am currently employed as a support specialist for the El Paso County Probation Department of Colorado Springs. Here, I work every day to make our internal systems and data collections more meaningful and efficient.
