As a software test engineer at TiaTech, a healthcare technology company specializing in smart healthcare innovation, I contributed to the quality assurance of various products, such as hospital and practice management systems, telehealth programs, and personal health record platforms. I designed and implemented test procedures, using automation frameworks like Selenium, to ensure that the software programs worked as intended and met the specifications and expectations of the clients and users.
