Nadia has over 16 years of experience in education. Her experience ranges from early childhood education to adult learners. Nadia excelled for many years in both the legal and academic needs of special learners in the District of Columbia. Completing an Ed.S. focusing on Organization Leadership, she is a former teacher and school director. Nadia has worked with students of all ages and has provided supervision to large groups of adults. Nadia is a successful Founder of a District of Columbia Charter School, has supervised related services providers for the DCPS Office of Special Education and mobilized Maryland Charter Schools Network's Advocacy campaign. As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pyramid Consulting Group, Nadia has consulted with schools, non-profit organizations and legislators. Her distinguished achievements include: Securing Millions in grant money (2009) (2008), Principal of the year (2003), Lead the school in making Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) (2007 ) (2009) as well as the following media appearances: FOX, WHUR, Washington Parent Magazine, and Washington Post.
