I am a researcher with 15+ years of experience in collecting grounded and human-centered data using a range of techniques from qualitative surveys and interviews to quantitative-heavy eye and body tracking in VR. I use data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights from human behaviour, and I know when we need to apply creative, new methods. I have a passion for crafting stories that distill complex methods into sensible intelligence for stakeholders. I'm also a field expert in eye tracking from real to virtual environments - how to do it, and how quantify and understand why people look where they do.
