Current• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer management• Develop recruitment strategy• Generate and update the recruitment report for respective hiring division, including difficulties and solutions to ensure progress in line with/or exceeds MPO/SLAs• Generate, manage recruitment dashboard and hiring efficiency analysis to partner• Advice executive search agencies & manage the service delivery as required In charge: Executive Level- 2021: Commercial Banking Division, Risk Management Division, Financial Market Division, Brand & Communication Department, Technologies Division...- 2022: Transformation Management Office, Technologies Division- 2023: Transformation Management Office
