Pilotage de projet stratégique, reportant à la Direction de VINCI Autoroutes.

Les CCE sont à l'écoute des pouvoirs publics et leur apportent un éclairage de terrain. Grâce aux différents groupes d'expertises existant au sein des CCE (climat, fiscalité, économie maritime, commerce), ils mènent des travaux et des analyses sur les échanges internationaux ou des marchés spécifiques, travaux qui sont ensuite remis aux institutions publiques.

Main Activities of VINCI Highways: Linear infrastructures, Concessions & PPP, O&M CompaniesVINCI Highways manages about 24 crossing concessions, including motorways, suburban expressways, road maintenance, bridges and tunnels. In line with the VINCI Group’s international expansion strategy, VINCI Highways operates in 13 countries. It covers the design, financing, programme management, operation and maintenance phases of infrastructure projects.In addition to the previous position as Technical Director for VINCI Concessions Business Development, duties were extended to set up and supervise programme management methodology for VINCI Highways. Others activities :• Member of the Board of Directors of VINCI Highways.• Chairman, VIA IMC (Berlin, GERMANY) – start-up approach• Chairman, Granvia Operation (Nitra, SLOVAKIA) – an O&M company

Main responsibilities:Technical team implementation, in charge of providing assistance to Executive Directors (Asia, Europe, North America, Latin America, Russia) for bidding purpose (operation and maintenance aspects, Concession & P3 projects). Developing a team based on an incubator philosophy to (1) be able to propose career opportunities to our people and (2) train the next generation of development project manager for VINCI Concessions.

Débutant ma carrière chez EGIS Projects en tant qu'ingénieur systèmes relatif aux infrastructures routières, dans un contexte de réponse à appels d'offre internationaux (PPP/Concessions), j'ai ensuite évolué vers le poste de Directeur de Projet, gérant des équipes sur site lors de la réalisation de contrats de conception et d'installation d'équipements propres à des infrastructures autoroutières, toujours dans un contexte PPP/Concession

• Gestion d’une équipe de 3 techniciens apportant du soutien en phase d’appels d’offres sur les aspects tunnel sur des projets ferroviaires• Mission d’expertise, basé à Hong-Kong pendant 6 mois• Diverses missions en Europe et en Amérique du Sud (Vénézuela)

En charge du suivi du dossier du métro de Bangkok (voir poste précédent), fin de chantier (relation CEGELEC – ALSTOM après-vente de la CEGELEC par ce dernier)
